Leigh Day & Co. interview questions

Very repetitive. No Motivation questions - strictly centred around your skills and what you can bring to the role. Prepare basic competency questions and you should be fine. They will also ask you the same questions in different ways, so try to come up with something different. The role is very admin-heavy, and the interview itself will give you that gist.

During the interview I learnt more about the role, those I would be working with and the type of projects I would be involved in. As 2 weeks had passed by I emailed the company to find out what is happening with my application and was ghosted. Even on the candidate website doesn’t say if I’m rejected or moving forward
