Multiple rounds of interview. Very nice throughout the whole process. Very transparent as to what the job is and how good of fit they think you can be at the firm and in the role.

Weird asf. MLM company for sure. Want you to pay thousands to even start working there, and they are all super weird about bringing friends and family in. They are for sure an MLM company do not fall for it.

Interview
The first interview was virtual and the second and third were in person. The first interview mostly consisted of an overview of the company and a casual conversation. The second interview was similar to a normal interview - they asked common interview questions and gave more details about the opportunity. In the third interview I gave a presentation about myself which followed an outline they provided.
