I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LendUp (Oakland, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online through the company website, within a week a recruiter had reached out and we scheduled a phone screen. Devin is very sweet and helpful and it is clear everyone on the team cares about the mission. The turnaround was very quick and less than a week after my phone screen we had scheduled an in person interview. It took two hours and I interviewed with three of the members of the team. They were all very friendly, excited, and easy-going: everything you want in an interviewer. The conversations were relaxed and effortless, and it is clear that the company is passionate about their mission and is filled with bright employees. The following day I received an offer. It is really important to them that you are excited about the company and each interviewer will ask that.

Amazing, the recruiter was extremely accomodating, as well as the coordinator. I got a call from the recruiter, and an onsite scheduled within two days! Very happy about the process

Question 1
Why do you think this role would be a good fit for you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LendUp (Richmond, VA) in July 2018
Interview
I had my resume sent to a recruiter in the company and they reached out to me quickly for a phone screen. That lasted 15 minutes and was an easy/friendly conversation. After, they set up an in person interview that consisted of four 30 minute interviews with a few people in the company. Everyone was friendly and it was set up more like a conversation with a few STAR questions mixed in. They gave me a feel for the position and the company and I felt that they were being honest with me about everything. Good experience overall.
