The first stage is a Numerical Assessment. About a month later, I received an invitation to a Virtual Interview. The interview was a bit like a live numerical assessment - the interviewer will give you some time to think and ask about your thought process along with the answer.

Market Sizing question based on lending rates, ads, and conversion rate within lending sector with simple calculations. Interviewer gave enough time to understand question and do calculations. Was asked to gather insights from the answer.
