The interview was very kind, casual and relaxed with very friendly HR staff members who were very efficient at their jobs. The interview comprised of two phone interviews, one of which was a role play and a face to face interview with 3 HR staff members including another role play (as well as a basic numeracy test). Process was very fast and enjoyable, with HR keeping all candidates updated throughout the process.
