My experience was bad with this company. 1. Just after reaching the company guard dint allow me park my bike. Called HR fro help but even he dint support and told to park any nearby street. 2.After reaching inside office HR behavior was good and he offered me tea/coffee 3. After sometime he told come inside a meeting room and wait for sometime. After some waiting one interviewer came who was busy on mobile. He just asked me about myself and started chatting on mobile. just after finishing introduction he looked into my resume and asked me to explain framework and again went busy with mobile. he was not at all listening. 4. After that he started asking some programming questions related to strings which i wrote properly on paper and he was chatting or search next question on internet. LOL 5. Once my interview was finished he asked me for any questions and i asked some questions about company. he was not able to answer some questions. 6. After sometime second interviewer came who was little good. He was not chatting at least and was listening what i was saying. He took the interview for around 1 hour and it went good. 7. HR told that one more round need to happen with manager but manager is not in office today. so he will call me one more day or can have discussion on phone. Till now i dint hear from them. I asked once and he told he will update EOD but that EOD never came. I left asking. Suggestions: Dont give wrong hope to candidates if you have no reason to reject. Give the proper feedback to candidates.
