Interview
Hiring process was extremely cumbersome and took a lengthy time to process. HR wanted 10 years of past tax records. As a person that was self-employed, it took a very long time for them to validate my work experiences with multiple customers. Had to do a mystery shop of a current employee and write the results.

Interview
I did a phone interview first, then a video interview. The phone interview was very relaxed, and she just wanted to get a feel for my personality I believe. The video call was with 2 upper management, one just listened and the other asked all the questions. I was a little more stressful, but they were both very kind and professional.
