The interview process was long and drawn out. I was given a timeline for next steps that the company failed to meet. I was repeatedly told they would reach a decision by a certain time, then when I didn't hear anything I would have to reach out to the recruiter for an update. This went on for months.

Sencillo, después de la postulación hubo una llamada (sin video) con la supervisora de RRHH y luego una videollamada con la manager del área. El proceso fue bastante rápido y sin una entrevista técnica.

I submitted for a product manager. When the interview with the manager to be it was for a program manager role.
I had a phone screening by someone who didn't seem to know what she was pre-screening for. And an interview with someone who didn't seem to read my resume previously.
