Unprofessional, disrespectful and disorganized from start to finish. The entire process was 6 weeks long and the lack of transparency or direction was as bad as it gets. Never again, Lenovo.
Basic interview with a list of questions. seemed like getting the questions asked might have been more important than hearing the responses. The back and forth was comfortable and they were not trying to trip anyone up with the questions.

1. 1st interview via call with HR
2. face to face interview in the 2nd round with department manager. Asked about experience and why left and join Lenovo. Pricing models in different scenarios.
3. Final round review with 2nd line manager. Ask expectation, vision and plan if hired.
