Initial interview was with recruiter, then manager, followed by another meeting with senior members of the team. Final interview was with the hiring manager again to assure candidate was/is the right fit.

Standard process of HR screen then team interviews. However, the team was expanding so the Director that I spoke with was not actually the hiring manager and since the team was being developed I spoke with similar counterparts in other groups, which means I've rarely spoken to them after that.
