Multiple rounds of interviews that crossed various departments. Process was slow due to timing with management. Management was great to talk to and offered excellent perspective on the open position throughout the interview process.

Entrevista online, com perguntas sobre histórico profissional e experiências ligado ao gerenciamento de projeto (mas muito interessado em gerenciamento para TI). Também teve um momento em que perguntou sobre fluência em inglês e a entrevista passou a ser em inglês.

I submitted for a product manager. When the interview with the manager to be it was for a program manager role.
I had a phone screening by someone who didn't seem to know what she was pre-screening for. And an interview with someone who didn't seem to read my resume previously.
