5 rounds of interviews, all very engaging and inviting. Everyone was nice and the interviews felt more like friendly conversations. The recruiters were communicative overall. However, the full interview process from start to finish took about 6 weeks.

Sencillo, después de la postulación hubo una llamada (sin video) con la supervisora de RRHH y luego una videollamada con la manager del área. El proceso fue bastante rápido y sin una entrevista técnica.

Entrevista online, com perguntas sobre histórico profissional e experiências ligado ao gerenciamento de projeto (mas muito interessado em gerenciamento para TI). Também teve um momento em que perguntou sobre fluência em inglês e a entrevista passou a ser em inglês.

I submitted for a product manager. When the interview with the manager to be it was for a program manager role.
I had a phone screening by someone who didn't seem to know what she was pre-screening for. And an interview with someone who didn't seem to read my resume previously.
