It was fast and smooth. I had 1 round interview with the user and department head for about an hour. The other session with the HR team. Very straight forward and fast process.

Interview process was super simple. Phone interview with recruiter. Panel interview with 3-4 people. Job offer within two weeks. Questions were focused on digital project management capes paired with typical situational questions. Pretty straightforward interview and everyone was pretty seasoned in the agency world.
