Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are really disappointed to hear of your experience and would like to apologise. This is not how we would wish anyone to feel who takes the time to apply for a role with us.
In our candidate communication we have been open with applicants that we have unfortunately experienced some challenges in our Early Careers recruitment process this year. We made a number of significant changes to how we process applications while at the same time as receiving over 6 times as many submissions. The role you have referred to below has itself had over 1000 applications. This is not an excuse but we hope provides some context as to why our response times have been slower than we would have liked.
