I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LesConcierges (Montreux) in Oct 2015
Interview
The initial interview took place in a job fair at my university. The process was quite competitive and only two candidates were chosen. After the first round of one-on-one interviews, next round was a follow-up via phone with more technical questions and potential scenarios - but mostly to test phone etiquette and accent. After that a third interview was supposed to take place, but it was not necessary in my case.
