There were 4 rounds with 2 being in person. The final round was a half day interview with about 6 different groups of people and one lesson taught and a tour of the school.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lesley Ellis School (Arlington, MA) in June 2022
Interview
Met with principal, program director and other teachers. Also took a tour of the school and submitted a writing sample at the interview. Because it was summer, I did not do a demo lesson.
