I participated in 2 interviews roughly 2-3 weeks apart. They were facilitated through an employment recruiter. Prior to the 1st interview, Lessard requested a detailed salary history from each of my previous employers since entering the industry. Supposedly, through proprietary calculus that accounts for market turns and geographic market discrepancies, this is a good barometer of professional growth.
The first interview began with both an Autocad test and a Revit test, both written and having no graphic or computer based component. The rest of the interview was of the panel type although the panel was rarely collected together. What happened instead was separately meeting with different people at different times and being forced to repeat myself. The interview was friendly. The questions were typical for the position I was interviewing for. I was asked to detail my current position and my path up to this point, describe my understanding of construction types and codes.
The second interview was similar to the first, having different faces and lacking the CAD testing.
The office is Revit heavy so be prepared to have a strong background in it.
