I was contacted by the recruiter and then had a Live Video interview scheduled with two hiring managers. They introduced themselves and explained more about the position. They were relaxed and conversational which made the interview fun, but they were also thorough in explaining what they did and did not want in a potential employee and I appreciated that. They spoke in length about how promising the future of the company was. They seemed like they really were proud of the company. They didnt ask me too many questions, it was more laid back like they were trying to feel me out. Overall the process was easy and fun.
