Recruiter missed our schedule phone interview and mistakenly made our rescheduled phone interview to an in-person interview they were completely unaware of. After doing the coding exercise and a technical interview was told they were putting a freeze on hiring. After months was told they were hiring again and wanted to see if I was interested then was ghosted. For an accessibility company the recruiters are inaccessible.

We had three rounds. The first one, the manager introduced himself, and then I had another two when I presented a task. Everything went great! Even the manager said he would give me a space on this team. They kept me waiting for three weeks. And guess what? They rejected me after the manager said he would give me a position. Worst experience in interviews in my life. I felt humiliated.
