I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (New York, NY)
Interview
Easy but very unorganized. Several off the record interviews, two three hour wait times for a 20 minute session. It wasn't the fault, there was just a general disarray amongst the workers on the floor. A lack of communication made a one week 30 minute process take 4 weeks and several hours.
A call asking when about my availability and when I can do an interview. The interview was in the store and I got asked to talk about my CV and myself.

If I know any history?
What are the different consumers ?
Talk about myself
The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
