I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Levi Strauss in Oct 2018
Interview
I had 3 interviews. Each interview asked questions relevant to the job and were extremely nice and really wanted to get to know me. The first was with a district manager and then i was sent to another district manager and then finally the regional manager. Who they were on the phone was exactly who they were once I had the opportunity to meet them. Amazing people. I think as long as you know the business and have been a manger before the interview was normal questions.

Question 1
As a leader where is an area you look to make an impact?
It felt more like an interrogation. The interviewer who phone interviewed me wanted me to tell them every start and end date of each store I worked at for the past 15 years. Then wanted to know why I left for each of them. The interviewer also canceled our interview 4 times before I got a hold of them.

the recruitment process makes it look like they want to take you on then they ghost you! super unprofessional. they continuously made promises and ended in the DM and recruiter disappearing on me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (West Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Recruiter reached out but it was quite unorganized and condescending
She offered to fix my resume but I am uncomfortable sending a copy of my resume. I still met with a manager after a week in person to discuss more about the job
