I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (San Francisco, CA) in July 2023
Interview
I applied online for an opening at the Foundation, and within a week, a recruiter contacted me for a 15-min phone screen where they shared more details about the role, why they were hiring, and the timeline for the hiring process. During the screening, they scheduled a 30-min video interview with the hiring manager for the following week. The interview with the hiring manager was conversational and they were willing to go over time, so I could ask my questions. They informed me that they wouldn't be moving forward with me 3 weeks later (the delay being due to summer travel). Had I advanced, there would've been a short writing exercise, then a 2nd round interview to discuss the exercise, and the 3rd/final interview would've been in-person with the team. Overall, the process probably would've taken 2 months.
