Recruiter and hiring manager were great. The mechanical engineer was in line with other reviews as he didn't seem interested in what I was offering. Company essentially wants an electrical engineer that knows ML. Don't waste your time otherwise.
In person interview was 2.5 hours with managers and team you would be working with. The last interviewer(the product engineer) kept cutting me off when I was explaining algorithms and asked very ambiguous questions regarding ML. When I asked about the data or in dept questions, he didn't elaborate and just said "sure...sure". At that point I wasn't a fan of the company, seems like he wanted the job and made me look like a fool.
The company is definitely outdated, the product engineer doesn't understand the concepts of programming and how ML connects (hence their bias problem). Just wanted definitions of terms. For the salary they're offering 82k-92k, there are better opportunities for you.
