Interview
The interview consisted of three individuals asking what if questions pertaining to customer service and how would I go out of my way to make customers feel welcomed and glad with there stay. Also, offer guest to please come back. They where trying to see if we looked guests in eyes, smiled, spoke clearly and overall appearance. I went for the position of Guest Service Rep and they recommend me for Suite Runner and a second part two of the interviewing process.

Interview
Very Easy and not too formal. You go through a 10min interview where they ask about your previous experience as well as your core skills. If successful you are offered a paid trial shift and undergo a company induction.
