I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lewan Technology (Denver, CO) in Mar 2014
Interview
I submitted an online application for an entry level sales position. I had a preliminary phone interview and then was brought in for an in-person interview. At the time I had just finished my undergraduate degree so the questions pertained mostly to my school/past work experience.

Interview
Was a 60 minutes interview with both easy and tough questions. Started with a phone interview to get to know you then they ask you to come to their office. Going in for a third interview in a couple days to meet an actual Sales Rep.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lewan Technology in July 2015
Interview
3 phone interviews, personality test, 1 face to face interview with the sales manager, and then a in the field day on the job test. First two phone interviews are a breeze but I was greatly turned off after speaking with the sales manager. I felt like I was about to become a car salesman.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lewan Technology (Denver, CO) in June 2015
Interview
The first step is a very easy online application. It takes about 2 minutes and asks very basic questions. Then there is a phone interview with a recruiter. Very easy. Next they move you onto an interview with the person who'd be your direct supervisor. I'm unsure if it was just the supervisor I met with or by design but I could definitely tell they were trying to scare me away from the position to see how determine I was. The next interview is with the VP of Sales. Following that is a ride along with the person who would be your direct supervisor.

Thanks so much for sharing your impressions. We try to be realistic about the expectations for each applicant. Sometimes I feel that this can have the impact of "scaring people". We are always trying to improve the process, so be assured that I will share your ideas with our leadership team.
