I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lewis-Clark State College (Lewiston, ID)
Interview
I was told that starting pay would be low with fast advancement including continuing education for free, and a incredible benefits package. I discovered later that the position offered was not given to me, and as it turned out, their broken promise was the best thing that could have happened.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lewis-Clark State College (Lewiston, ID) in June 2017
Interview
First I applied online and then after 2 weeks was called for a phone interview. The phone interview was with HR, and consisted mainly on going through my resume. After a week or so, HR called me for an in-person interview. The in person interview was a whole day even, from 8AM to 3PM. I was also required to present on a topic that was selected by the hiring committee, who had met with me earlier in the day to go over my skills and experiences.

Interview
You apply electronically and it goes to a committee. Then they call you to schedule a group interview. Afterward you have a presentation for the whole division (sometimes). Then an interview with the VP or division chair, then an interview with the director of the department alone. Then you wait.
