3 stage of interviews
1 ) HR screening , 30 min calls
2) Head of department/business unit (30min project overview and bit of technical )
- all in all candid discussion about prior work experience of myself
- kind of projects I've worked on ,primarily interviewer was focused on data warehousing design and it's performance tuning .
Overall it was a nice discussion .
HR Informed that I was selected for another round which will be a technical round
3) tech round with a future team member(30 minutes video call )
I feel 30 min is a bit less to judge someone particularly on the technical front . Moreover when the interviewer is shooting questions one after another and not letting you complete your statement. It's like a marathon .
I found the HR Team to be super responsive , starting from when I applied for job,scheduling of interviews and then providing with feedback post interview .
