I applied online. I interviewed at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (Sydney) in Nov 2025
Interview
The worst company interview process and the worst HRs ever. I applied since Sep last year for a Marketing Manager position (1 year contract) and got a shortlisting email with multiple questions. I sent back an email with answers, then 3 weeks later an HR contacted me via WhatsApp to ask if I’m still interested for an interview with the Sr Manager. Gave them my availability and they disappeared for another 4-5 weeks. During this time I got a rejection from LinkedIn saying that they decided to move on with other candidates. However, after a good 5 weeks they sent another message via WhatsApp using a different number (same HR person) from the Phillipines and asked if am still keen for the interview. At this stage, I almost thought it was a scam. So i didn’t get back to them. Then they went on and sent an invite without checking with me on the date and time, so I reached out to the hiring manager to confirm via LinkedIn. The manager was super nice and confirmed that it was a legit meeting so I accepted the call. Another 3 weeks went by, they sent another invite for a final presentation with their VP and Director. It was a big task and final interview round but luckily the stakeholders were also nice so it made me feel less stressful during the presentation. However, the director joined half an hour late to the meeting and missed almost half my presso. The VP got tech issue so she couldn’t turn on camera and speak probably. It felt very unprofessional. Additionally, the meeting was set in Singaporean timezone so it was 7-8pm Sydney time, pretty odd. But again after that final interview the Hrs ghosted me again. 2 months passed by and despite my follow up email, they haven’t gotten back to me with the outcome. I have already accepted another offer from different company but what I’m trying to warn everyone here is that you should stay away from this company. Their HRs are horrendous and the interview process is ridiculously bad and lengthy. The contract was 1 year but they told me during my interview that they obviously havent found a suitable candidate yet at that stage so if Im a successful one, the contract duration would be shorter (7-9months only). Overall, It’s clear to me that they don’t respect candidates at all. It took nearly 3 months from the first email to my last interview and I still haven’t got the result yet. They do not care about your feelings and treat you like you’re the one that needed them and the job. Although the stakeholders (managers and LT) are nice, I still think it’s not worth applying and working for this firm. If they treat their candidates like this, imagine what would happen if you actually work for the firm.

Nice people but very poor communication. A flurry of activity followed by months of ghosting, And then a flurry again and then the role was cut. Internal decision processes seem extremely slow.
