By far the most unprofessional experience. Contacted by recruiter & discussed the role, expressed my interest to move forward. I was asked to complete an assessment as the recruiter was convinced I was a strong candidate. Took the time to complete the assessment & never heard from anybody again. Don’t waste people’s time with an assessment until you know the hiring mgr wants to talk to a candidate or at least have the decency to follow up with people that invested their time to work with you . It’s basic communication & professionalism. Your competitors don’t do that.
