I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (San Francisco, CA) in June 2022
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and got a call from the HR. He asked me to be prepared for the interview in the next two days. However, I argued to set up interview in the next week due to my prior commitments.
Two rounds were set up. One with senior director and other with SeniorProduct Manager.
My interview with the director went well. I was given a hypothetical question to solve. I did that.
But later the director said they are looking for someone who has legal background.
Finally, I got an email from HR saying they have cancelled my 2nd round and that they have moved forward with other candidates.
It clearly says, the company has no panel culture. All the decisions are taken by senior director who is working in that company forever.
I didn't like their approach since, they disrespected my time.
The recruitment team set up a meeting, they never showed up and ghosted me when I followed up.
It's one thing if a position becomes unavailable and then you inform the candidate, it's another to completely ignore them.
Incredibly unprofessional behaviour shown by them overall.
I interviewed at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (London, England)
Interview
It was online with product owner and line manager. They ask me to describe myself as it usually happens. I was asked precisely about project management practices and duties. All relevant questions. And they describe their project roughly.

What was my experience in risk management? What was my approach on the last position?
I applied online. I interviewed at LexisNexis Risk Solutions
Interview
Time consuming and very detailed. They kept me informed through the process and let you know where they are with the hiring. Its not easy process but not difficult either.
