I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LibLab in Nov 2023
Interview
Similar to previous reports; they send a fairy vague assignment for you to do as a take-home test and then you get dinged for things that were left too vague to do correctly. They have taken a couple of items for feedback; they now do at least state they expect a comprehensive test suite; but the tests I provided were comprehensive and yet still rejected. I think this is still mostly a waste of time and you should only do it if you enjoy the practice.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Design a SDK wrapped around a REST API that exists on the internet (which only has one or two flavors of interaction in it).
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret any frustration caused by the assignment's vagueness and the subsequent feedback discrepancies. We recognise the importance of clarity in the assessment instructions and we are committed to refining our processes to provide clearer expectations for candidates.
We will be reviewing our processes internally to address this as we take all feedback very seriously. Thank you again for your feedback.

Interview
Was invited to do an engineering task, even though the interview was for a manager position. It took the company over 2 months to review my resume and come back to me.
