First you meet with an employee from Liberty Language, ask you a couple of questions on your experiecnce as interprter then they email you a link where you have to take a language exam to determine your language sufficiency.

No interview, just a simple phone call inquiring some basic information, like my name, my target language, if I'm legal to work in the US, extra... I was told that I would receive application documents so after the phone call and once I completed all the paper work I could start working for the company.
