Liberty Petroleum Distributors interview questions

After two weeks of filling out an online application and I did not hear from anyone, I sent an email to the hiring manager expressing my desire to still be hired if the position was still available. I got a return email that night with a date and a note advising me to show up in comfortable clothing and walking shoes because the hotel was still under construction. The GM greeted me, I handed her my resume and she brought me to her office where we just talked. We talked about hotels, the local area, her family, and briefly my experience and short-term goals while she read over my resume. She offered me the job on the spot and I accepted. She asked me to fill out 3 forms and to be back in two days to help with setup for opening day.
