I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) in July 2011
Interview
Was contacted initially by Graduate Assistant office, stating that I was referred to the Career Center for open positions. One of the employees at the Career Center contacted me to schedule a panel interview. Afterwards, I was contacted by the Director for a second interview. Finally, I was informed that I'd been chosen for the position.
