This was a one-way online interview. I was given about five questions and only one attempt to answer each questions, but I was given five minutes to think about each question before I started recording.

Question 1
What is one challenge you have faced and what steps did you take to overcome this?
The interview process at Libra group involves you recording your self while responding to approximately 5 questions based on yourself, strengths, weaknesses and your interests in working in the company and also future career aspirations.
First you start with a written statement about yourself and your interests. After the first stage you go to a live interview with a recruiter from the people department. Later on you go through a last interview at a possible placement.
