Remote interview over zoom. Two person panel. Interviewers were kind in energy (note stone faced). They took turns asking questions. Tended to ask more creative questions rather than standard behavioral or past experience questions.

Interview
Very casual, connected with executive director. He was one of the nicest and most helpful high position leaders I have met. The entrepreneurial nature of the project I was working on was felt starting in the interview process. More than a traditional interview, it felt like an engaging exchange of ideas.
