Interview
I was disappointed that the interview process relied heavily on an irrelevant timed Criteria test rather than evaluating publishing knowledge or experience. It felt dismissive of qualified professionals, prioritizing test performance over genuine expertise, insight, and industry understanding.
Quick and easy. Friendly staff and was very laid back. Had to do some online testing and speed typing test for accuracy, but wasn’t difficult. Heard back quickly and was happy with process.
