Interview
Online application, which was followed by an in-person interview in one of their stores. Interviewed by the store manager who was pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a positive interview experience overall.

Question 1
Describe a time you dealt with constructive criticism.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl Northern Ireland (Bangor, Northern Ireland) in June 2023
Interview
Very straightforward. One on one interview so quite a relaxed interaction. Not looking to catch you out in any way. In my experience, interviewer was very friendly, held position of store manager in a neighbouring store.
