I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Liebherr Group (Newport News, VA)
Interview
Contacted by a representative from the human resources department about a position in the mechanical engineering department after applying for an unrelated position. I was promptly scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager, and a week or so later was extended an invitation to come on-site for an in person interview with a team. I was warned/told up front that the position I was interviewing for had been subject to a lot of revisions and changes, which didn't inspire confidence in me. During the in-person interview I did not feel like the people I interviewed with were on the same page regarding the position, and it almost seemed like the role wasn't fully defined yet. Overall, I did not get a good feeling and was not able to articulate very well how I could benefit their organization *specifically* in the position I'd be hired for. Ultimately the situation was more-or-less mutual agreement that we should not move forward in the process. Both the HR rep and hiring manager seemed extremely nice and like great people to work with.

It was great. Staffs were kind and helpful. They were on time and I did not wait at all. Questions were average and the interviewer was very kind and polite.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liebherr Group in June 2016
Interview
A phone interview with a team member, I was then called in two weeks later for an on-site interview.. It was a very straight-forward and relax environment. I talked with couple of team members, managers, and the general manager.
