Hardest but greatest interview process I have ever been through. They really consider you prayerfully at Life.Church and take the whole process very seriously. Once you apply, they ask you to take some additional testing to get to know your personality, spiritual gifts, and overall aptitude better. They use all this information in the first phone interview where you interview with a recruiter and someone from the department. I was lucky enough to be flown down to Edmond for the second round interview event. They try to keep the interview event private, but candidates are prayerfully considered and everything they do is intentional. They make you feel at home with a warm and welcoming staff member keeping you calm throughout the day. It really is a great experience and seems like an amazing place to work. Ended up declining the offer due to health issues and being unable to move away from my doctors at the time.
