Life Connections interview questions

Terrible. Not a real interview. Everybody (20-30 people) sat around a table while the interviewers played games and roleplayed with us. Most unprofessional situation I had ever been in.

The person who interviewed me was great. I would have taken the job but I felt like I had to go out and find my own case load and marketing is not my strong point. Also if you worked there you had to sign a document that said you wouldn't work for a competitor for a year...kind of odd to have that in the social services field.
