The interview was stated as a structured interview process. There were 3 person present who asked me a series of questions off of a card. The process was scored then if I passed that process I would take a written exam.

Interview
I submitted application and resume online. Was called two days later for testing. It's 80 questions similar to questions found on NREMT, and 25 personality based questions. After I passed, an interview was scheduled. I went in for the interview, very professional with the HR lady and a paramedic (both had the prettiest blue eyes). A day after the interview I received an email that I had not been selected. Selected candidates go on for a physical exam, orientation and ride alongs.

Interview
Submitted application, interviewed with a few people from management and coo. Had to take a knowledge based test, psych test and a physical test Knowledge test was medical related questions, psych test was along the lines of is it ok to take a pen from work?. Physical test consisted of sit ups, dead lifts, lifting a backboard with 150 lbs up 9 stairs then down 9 stairs, 1/2 mile with 40 lbs in 9 min.
