Very easy. Just a little more about yourself, professionally during the phone interview, and of your answers correspond to what they looking for, they go ahead and schedule you for an on site interview. Basically sell your skills, what you can do when it comes to the job. Be open.

Interview
The first interview is an introduction with human resources. After that you will demonstrate your abilities by actually helping at the site. If you are deemed to be a good candidate after your performance, they will invite you for a final interview with your regional manager.

Brief telephone interview. Very discouraged at pay rate and the lack of important questions that were not asked. No concern as to why I wanted to work for the company, not interested in the research that I have done about company.
