Interview
Very simple interview, questions about past experience and how you would handle situations. Problem is they are very unprofessional, I was told the background check takes a while come back. I’ve been in retail over 10 years and my BC never takes more than 4 days. I called three weeks later and was told that she had other people in line and would call me. Still haven’t had a call and it’s been a month. I called to see what the issue was and now she won’t answer the phone. I have nothing on my background so I know that couldn’t be the reason. Don’t offer someone a job if you never inteaded on hiring them.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Storage (Dunwoody, GA) in Nov 2022
Interview
I had a wonderful experience with this company. I interviewed with the Perimeter Circle store manager Huff Hill who greatly impressed me with his loyalty to the company and knowledge and energy to service the facility and the customers all of which became so apparent during the training process. In the end I decided I probably wasn't the best fit for the job but I have nothing but positives for the people I would have been working with and it seemed abundantly apparent that the company is well run - especially this store thanks to Huff's endless diligence to every detail.
