I had a phone interview lasted not even 10 min. The guy was pretty straight forward and then sent me a personality test to take that took me a few min. And now I’m just waiting it’s been about a week and I haven’t heard anything back. But the process was pretty fast and straight forward.

Had an initial phone interview, and it went incredibly well. Even the recruiter shared my impressions on the initial interview. I was then sent a questionnaire which was basically a personality test, which I completed in the same day as the initial phone interview. I emailed the recruiter to notify them of my completion & readiness for the next steps... I haven’t heard from him in 4 weeks. I emailed him at the beginning of the 4th week (as it’s been the holidays and he could have been away) and still nothing. Really upsetting - possibly the worst kind of experience when looking for a job, which is also upsetting because it seems like a cool company to work for.
