I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2017
Interview
Very professional targeted selection process. There are some character questions as well as live scenarios from previous work experience. They look for 5 characteristics in every team member that fit the style of the culture they want to have.

Question 1
Describe a time that you helped a person or a team to solve a problem. What actions did you take and what was the result?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Chappaqua, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
Impersonal, watered down for this position. For a General Manger position there should in person interviews, not a self taped video with preloaded questions. Discouraging, process. I also applied for one role and another was listed on my video interview link. Felt unorganized.
