Interview
Three step interview process:
1- Phone interview with one of many supervisors
2- Interview with department head
3- Interview with club General Manager
You may have to call the club a week after applying to ask for a status update for a phone interview as the supervisors don't get extra time to conduct them daily. After each of the first two interviews you will be asked for your availability to set up the next interview if they are interested.

Interview
The interview process was inconsistent and spotty communication. There is no true consideration for the applicant's time or schedule. If a scheduling error occurred the interviewer went no communication instead of directly stating this.

They asked several scenario based questions. I had to do 2 different interviews. One with an associate and the second with the manager. It was straight forewarn. It lasted 20 minutes.

Interview
3 step process phone call, face to face then mock interview. Phone call was almost 15 to 20 minutes . Face to face Went over the facility and looked at the area I’d be working in. Training is at least 3 to 4 weeks
