      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Minnetonka, MN) in Sept 2017

      Interview

Online app, phone discussion with manager, in-person manager meeting, then GM meeting. A few weeks of training were also required. Schedule availability and dependability was the most important topic of discussion.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

GM question was a red flag - "Do you have a weekend cabin or anything? I don't want to hire you and find out that you won't be available to work weekends because you never get to use your cabin."

I spoke with both the department manager and general manager on the same day at the same time. very basic questions were asked-- basically they ask you to describe your job experience that you put on your resume.
