I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Minnetonka, MN) in Sept 2017
Interview
Online app, phone discussion with manager, in-person manager meeting, then GM meeting. A few weeks of training were also required. Schedule availability and dependability was the most important topic of discussion.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applicants will asked to come in for an in person interview with the specific department head and a phone interview with the club general manager after that. If all goes well with your application and first interview, the rest of the interviewing/hiring process goes by relatively quickly.
