Interview process is pretty basic if you’ve been in the industry before. They have you take them through a training session to assess how well you understand what you are doing.

Very structured. They'll walk you through a training session. You will pretend that the hiring director is a client and walk them through the components of a personal training session. ( Warm up, Muscle release, Activation, Core moments)
