Very pleasant, nice and friendly, a bit long, nice people, interactive, lots of questions, positive atmosphere, quite interesting, consists of two people a supervisor and an assistant, long wait in the beginning but the people were very accommodating
Very easy, straight forward questions about past swimming and teaching experience. Had one phone interview and then one in person interview. Once hired you take a multiple day training and a test at the end of it.

Tell us about your past swim instructor experience
Not bad, basic questions, reciting Life Time mission statement, a few situational responses that you have to improvise. Interviewer was professional and felt interested in everything I had to say.
The interview process is a series of three interviews: the supervisor, the manager, and the overall head of the department. It is not nerve-wracking just more tiresome. Having a good swimming background and experience will make the interview process even more easier.
